Today we remember 9/11.
It's common to harken back to where each of us were when the twin towers fell. I was delivering papers in a small town. I remember the day quite vividly.
That puts two events on our minds on this auspicious day:
1: 9/11 and the wars, as well as surveillance that followed.
2: New Mexico's Governor "banning" (not the technically correct term), and how it illuminates the civil unease for the coming year and near future to follow.
I want to address what we should be doing now, and over the winter, as we fully expect 2024 to be beyond uncomfortable.
