One of the truly great horrors of contemporary living is the inability to discern fiction from reality. While we try to come up with terms and names for these things, like 5th Generational Warfare it does little good to be able to come to any meaningful conclusion what is deliberate, and what are second and third order effects of someone else's deliberate action. In a sense, every element of Chaos is then observed as a possible attack by unseen enemies, and even if determined to be true, result in a looming sense of the inability to do anything about it except close your ears and eyes to their influence.
